June meeting coming soon

We have our monthly meeting for BIEPA members on Monday 27 June, and our guest speaker will be award-winning wildlife photographer and Bribie Islander Darren Jew.

Please let us know if you're coming (instructions below), and prepare to be amazed!

Trying new things

This is the first meeting run by the new management committee, and we're going to try a few new things, so please be gentle with us!

We're going to have a break after the guest speaker so we can all mingle, stretch our legs, and get a drink. Then we'll have two or three short talks by members, usually on things you too can get involved in. Think about what you'd like to do your own talk on, and let us know for next time.

At the end of the meeting you can hang around to volunteer or ask for help, and then we'll gravitate towards the main bar for more mingling.

Finding the details

Please note: Although these steps should work on a phone, it will be easier on a tablet or desktop computer with a larger screen.

To get details of time and location for any meeting, select Events from the site menu at the top of the page, and find the meeting in the calendar or in the Upcoming Events listed under the calendar.

If you use the Events page to get details of any event, you will always get the latest information. If you've registered for an event, you'll be notified if anything changes..

This month's meeting is in the ANZAC Room at the Bribie Island RLS Club, starting at 7pm. Click on the event title in the calendar or use the RSVP button in the Upcoming Events list to view details.

Use the big blue RSVP button on the event details page to register, so we can see how many folks will be coming.

The event has a schedule that outlines how the evening will be divided up. To see the full schedule, open it using the See All button in the Schedule section. You can expand each item in the schedule to read more about it.

Reading about speakers

The event schedule includes a link to a page with more details of this month's guest speaker. To learn more about any of our guest speakers, select Speakers from the site menu and select the speaker you're interested in. We'll be adding more speakers to this list over time.

Important: Our guest speakers pages are for members only! You must login to the website to get access to any speakers, so that we know you're a member. Once logged in, you shouldn't need to login on that device again.
