Our AGM is your chance to hear the outgoing Management Committee's report on their achievements to date, and elect a new Management Committee for the next 12 months.

About the event
Important: This is a members-only meeting. Please login to this website to check your membership status and renew your membership if expired. You'll also be able to check your membership at the door and can renew there if required.
The AGM will start with a welcome followed by a report from the current management committee, including an annual financial statement approved by our auditor. Then the management committee members retire from office and the returning officer (Lynne Hooper) will preside over the election of a new committee. The meeting ends by wishing the new committee members every success in their next 12 months in office.
This will be shorter than our usual monthly meetings, but members are welcomed and encouraged to gather afterwards at the RSL bar downstairs to get to know each other and the new committee members.
