About the event
Be entertained and educated on a botany adventure through the unique wallum heathland on Bribie Island. Learn about the tough plants that thrive in the swampy native habitat. Meet the carnivorous plants that supplement the meagre nutrients in Bribie's sandy soil by capturing and digesting insects.
The proceeds are split between Ben and BIEPA so you will be helping to raise funds for our other projects, as well as raising awareness of Bribie's unique plant life.
Please bring your ticket with the QR code (on your phone or printed) so we can check in everyone quickly. Wear footwear and clothes suitable for a bushwalk, and be sun-safe of course. See you there!
